FOUNDER, President, Director, and Chairman of the board
Zina is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and mission of the organization as well as its scope. Logistics, strategic planning, resource attainment, and partnership building are included in her day-to-day management and oversight responsibilities. She, along with team Choice Driven, is passionate about God and HIS love for HIS people. She is a natural mid-wife (birthed 7 babies) and a spiritual mid-wife (birthed multiple new businesses and visions). She also has 25 plus years experience in partnership with her husband, coaching marriage restoration and family healing. She has over 36 years of leadership experience. Her portfolio includes: executive-level management, training, professional life coach, logistics, strategic planning, resource attainment, and partnership building in the federal, contracting, and military arenas. She has a Masters in Ministry; MBA with a minor in Criminal Justice, BA in Religious Studies, BS in Psychology, and AA in Information Systems. She is an honorably retired U.S. Air Force Veteran. And, she is an Elite Professional in the esteemed Sisterhood of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc.
Dr. LAURINE LeBLANC-White
Director and Board Member
Laurine (EdD, LCMHC, MA, NCC, LPC) has extensive experience in the mental health, behavioral health, and emotional health field. She provides short-term, situational, problem-solving, non-medical, “walk-around” life counseling services to active duty military members and their family members. Her professional background also includes child and youth behavioral counseling along with clinical therapeutic services to children adolescents, and adults with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. As a mental health, behavioral health, and emotional health counselor, budding author, conference speaker, business owner, wife, and mother of three, she still found time for education. She has a PhD- Education & Leadership, MA- Professional Counseling, and BS-Psychology/Therapy. Laurine is responsible to ensure team Choice Driven remains transparent and in compliance with all medical and mental health guidelines and best practices. She is of the Finer Womanhood in the esteemed Sisterhood of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
Cheryl Morris
Director and Board Member
Cheryl is a Human Resource Management professional. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a National Association with over 300,000 Human Resources Professionals in 165 countries as well as the Anne Arundel County and Prince Georges County SHRM chapters. She is also a member of the City of Bowie’s Community Outreach Committee. She has a BA in Sociology from Howard University and a Master Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College. Cheryl is responsible to ensure team Choice Driven’s operations remain transparent and in compliance with HR laws and rules of operation. She is the epitome of Sisterhood, Service, Unity, and Love as a soror in Mu Alpha Mu Christian Sorority, Inc.
